We are not accepting deposits. Circle's attestation service is not settling transfers from Base to Arc, and a deposit made today would sit in that queue for an unknown length of time. We would rather turn you away than take your money and hand you a promise we cannot keep.
If you already sent USDC
Your money is not lost and it is not with us. A burn that has not been minted stays claimable — the message does not expire, so it settles once Circle opens the route.
Paste the hash of your Base transaction. We check Circle directly and, if your transfer is signed and ready, deliver it now.
You can also confirm this without trusting us at all, by asking Circle yourself at https://iris-api.circle.com/v2/messages/6?transactionHash=YOUR_TX_HASH. A status of complete means it is ready. pending_confirmations means Circle has not signed it yet, and nobody — us included — can force that.
Why it is closed and not just slow
The contracts on both sides are deployed and correct, and the fee we quoted was right. What is missing is the attestation: Circle signs each transfer before it can be minted on Arc, and it is not signing this route for us. That is not something we can work around, so we stopped instead of pretending otherwise.
Wallet not loading on Arc?
That is a separate problem with a quick fix, and it is not the bridge. The RPC endpoint most people saved when they added Arc went offline, so wallets pointing at it show no balance and cannot send. Check which endpoints are up and fix your wallet here.
We will reopen when a transfer settles end to end and we have watched it land. Not before.
